If you believe you are completely responsible for your life then this is your movie. Very easy to follow and sometimes overwhelming to take in because we are not raised to believe we have any control in our lives.
Once you get this, you will 'get it'. Powerful and the kids will understand well.

It opens with the typical mind chatter most people engage in their everyday lives, and then turning the outcome to show how we can free ourselves from the negative thoughts we employ. - Get the EXPANDED versionI much prefer the DVD of THE SECRET. However, there is good information here as well. Specifically, in the second disc of the expanded version. The second disc has the complete interviews that are interspersed as fragments in the "movie" that is disc 1. If you're going to purchase the DVD, please do yourself a favor and purchase the EXPANDED version.
