- Plantar FascitisBetter than orthodics for plantar fascitis. Wrap from the bottom of the foot up over the arch and around a few times. I do it over a sock. It's good for animals too.

- Vet wrap very usefulUseful stuff for many things. I use Vet wrap instead of compression stockings, the cost of vet wrap vs the stocking comparable and the wrap doesn't fail or roll down my legs. Also for minor injuries, better than band-aids. if you have pets, can be used to wrap injuries, and for low pressure wrapping things together. I use the stuff for vets, the "human" brand costs 4x and is the same stuff in a less useful 2 inch width. I like the 3Com brand (Vetwrap) seems to be fresher, more flexible then the others ...
