Rating: - Great product, money saving, but doesn't last a year...
I love this filter. I have spring water from a well and sometimes it can taste funky. This filter works great. The water tastes fresh and clean, we all love it, BUT... it only lasted 7 months and I had to repurchase. NOT the filter, the entire PUR system. Oh, well, I love it that much :). Hopefully, this one will last longer.

We've had the older Pur countertop filter system for many years. We recently got our new version - the faucet mount Pur. It's wonderful! The water flow is good and strong from both the non and the filtered spouts, and the filtered water is ready pretty much immediately (shown by the flashing green light). Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

We purchased the FM-3700 model previously, and it lasted through a few rounds of filters (for about a year or so). It then started leaking so bad, we just got frustrated with it, and made the mistake of purchasing the FM-9400.

I've never purchase this product again. This is totally waste of money.
