You do need some basic electrical wiring knowledge to put in these two horns or you will be buying a bunch of new fuses. The first horn was easy to install. I just took out the old one and installed the new one just like the old one. Simple. The second horn that comes with this package is a little more difficult to try to figure out where to put it and wiring the two in parallel. - Great Car HornIt has a good sound to it, and was fairly easy to install. I gave it 4 stars because it was only slightly louder than my stock horn, and i thought i would be even louder, also didn't come with mounting hardware (nuts and bolts)
