This is the same roller at the Gym I go to and it works wonders at working out knots, especially in my legs. (Quads, AT Band, Glute, Hams, Hips) Sitting in front of a computer for hours on end make my legs extremely tight. I also work odd hours and can't always make it to the gym. So now that I have my own rollers at home I'm I can spread out on the floor and relieve most of my stiffness. My new foam roller is great...I had a cheaper one previously that I liked well enough, but this one is much firmer so it gives me a better back 'massage.'

The product itself is good, but it turns out to be hard to use on the back or on my hips, which is where I need it. I found out only after I had tried it, that the 3 foot one would have been MUCH better.

I have paid MUCH more for the same product elsewhere and never received an instructional guide. This product is on average $10-$15 less than most places and comes with instructions. Not to mention the company followed up to confirm the shipping address...VERY IMPRESSIVE!
