- Big Book of Culinary Medicine ReviewVery informative book, but I wish there were more recipes and more medical conditions with correlating recipes. It is called a "Big Book" after all. I really like how it uses food to cure ailments, as a society are so stuck on popping pills when things go wrong and really, what we put in our bodies everyday makes a huge difference.

- Big Life SaverGreat book. Thank you Dr La Puma!
Since I bought the book back in the early part of Sept, I quit drinking hard liquor, eating junk food and I have started a exercise program and I have lost 9 lbs since Sep 21. Today is Oct 15. I have learned to love fruits and vegetables. I love the whole living well concept and I'm so delighted that it's NOT a diet. I look forward to living this lifestyle the rest of my life.
This book is very easy to read, it's entertaining and extremely educational. I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to save their life.

- Not a Recipe BookI misunderstood what this book was when I purchased it. I thought it was a recipe book with lots of healthy recipes for different concerns. This book is more about a way of eating. If that's what you're interested in, then I think it's a good book.
