Rating: - Bad battery and very slow
I think it's important to emphasize how bad the battery is. When I use the phone with wi-fi and gps on it last not even an hour!! it doesn't do me any good to have a great phone if I can not use it.
The other thing is that it's awfully slow.

I was wishing for an i-phone sooo bad! But alas, I am stuck with T-mobile for 2 more years. So I decided to try the G1 phone. Wow, am I glad I did. I got the white one, which has a metallic slide out keyboard, which I find easier to see than the dark colored phones. I am constantly amazed at how fast this phone is. I got my wife the Iphone. I decided to try G1 and see what is the difference. This is my 3rd HTC phone and G1 replaced my aging Tmobile MDA. So far I am satisfied with what I got and what I paid for. My 1st reason to get this phone is I don't want to paid more than $300 for a PDA phone without changing my carrier(Tmobile). So that limited to just a few selections within what Tmobile offers.
