I used this product for 2 months, and it really works...

this product has lived up to expectations and then some, 1] the best apetite controler ive ever had, i actually have had to make sure ive eaten enough, thats a switch, 2 weeks i have lost 17 pounds, with 40 more to go , i suspect it will take more time as i get closer to my goal, and in my case i havent even used the max dose only 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, becareful here ,DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN TOLD TO TAKE, the side effects here have actually been positives to me, more energy and ... - Good But There Must Be Better
While this product does curb your appetite, I find that I cannot take it after one o'clock in the afternoon. It makes me antsy and I cannot fall asleep for hours after taking a less than recommended dose. I will however continue to purchase this product because I believe that it helps with my weight loss. It does not help as fast as the commercials say, but then again it depends on the persons diet and exercise routine.

I exercise at least 5 times a week and followed the directions on the bottle about drinking at least 10 bottles of water a day, and taking the pills before eating and it did not work for me. I took it for a month and then started feeling really weird, dizziness, faster heartbeat and stopped taking the pills. All in all I ended up right where I started, about 20 pounds overweight. My wedding was 10 weeks out and I tipped the scales at 220. There was no time for any more excuses.
