An Oldie but Goodie! I've worn out two VHS tapes over the years! Great workout, the best! I have at least 50 exercise DVDs and videos. This is the best of all! Can't find another to come close. Does anyone know if this will ever be released on DVD? I've used this video for more than 15 years now (God, I feel so old!) and this destroys anything else out there! First of all, it's fun! You actually enjoy working out (no small feat, let me tell you). The instructor is in great shape, explains all of the steps, and doesn't do the annoying "Smile!
