Amazon.com Product Description:
Wrist blood pressure monitors are portable, accurate and simple to use. They provide a convenient choice for those who want a second unit for away from home or who have trouble placing a cuff on their arm. The Omron HEM-670IT Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor uses Omron's patented IntelliSense technology, which inflates the wrist cuff to the ideal level with each use and offers fast, personalized, and automatic inflation for maximum comfort. No adjustments are required to select an inflation level--especially convenient for hypertensive users and for people with certain arrhythmia or heart disorders, because their blood pressure is more likely to fluctuate. And with the HEM-670IT's 100-memory recall with date and time stamp, as well as averaging capabilities for the last three readings, you can track your blood pressure and pulse progress as your work towards a healthier lifestyle. The HEM-670IT also features a system that detects an irregular heartbeat as well as morning hypertension, giving you an even better understanding of your heart's health. A built-in hypertension indicator lets you know if your readings indicate a high-blood pressure condition. Plus, you'll have additional peace of mind knowing that the HEM-670IT comes with a 5-year warranty.
Because the HEM-670IT has a wrist cuff, it is particularly helpful if you have a larger than average sized arm. The monitor fits those with a wrist size of 5.25 to 8.5 inches, and it ensures easier and more comfortable use. Note, however, that a wrist monitor does require proper positioning of the device at the heart level. Correct cuff positioning is critical when monitoring blood pressure, fortunately, the HEM-670IT features an advanced positioning sensor that automatically confirms that the cuff is level with the user's heart, thereby ensuring an accurate reading.
It is critical that when using a blood pressure monitor the cuff is the appropriate size and is properly applied. An ill-fitting cuff or an incorrectly-applied cuff can result in inaccurate readings. Consult your doctor or the included instructions for the proper application of the cuff.

Take your health to the next level with the included Omron Health Management Software. This PC software provides a blood pressure and pulse graph that lets you see how your values are trending over time. A morning/evening comparison graph tracks your morning and evening systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate. You can also view your most common values and identify variations by time frame with the frequency distribution graph. The software is simple to use, and it supports multiple users. With just one click, you can download data via the HEM-670IT's USB connection and see graphically displayed measurements on your computer screen in seconds.

- Greatest Wrist Blood Pressure MonitorI have another Japanese wrist monitor which is 6yo and still works great, but it has no interface for uploading data to the PC. I decided to buy HEM-670IT for its connectivity feature. USB interface is a good addition to such kind of product but I was amazed with the Advanced Positioning Sensor! It works great and makes measurements precise.
I recommend HEM-670IT to everyone.
Superb quality product!

- Omron HEM-670IT Wrist Blood Pressure MonitorThis is a great blood pressure monitor especially for those that have a difficult time with a full sized blood pressure monitor. I do recommend this monitor for the elderly and for those that have a hard time with a traditional monitor.

- Wrist PB monitors still not accurateOmron HEM-670IT blood pressure monitor. My older Omron cuff type monitor needed the cuff replaced due to age. I was told by several people that the newer wrist type monitors had come a long way and were very accurate so I ordered the Hem-670IT. It is very convenient to use VS cuff type but after a week of use we found that the readings were consistently too low by 5 to ten points especially on the systolic reading. Needless to say I sent it back and ordered the Microlife BP3MCI-PC which is the cuff ... Read More

- I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED...I returned a Walgreen's wrist blood pressure monitor for $59.99 because it was not easy to see the readout and not even close to being accurate. I bought the ASIN:B000Y86CMS Omron HEM-670IT Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor with APS (Advanced Positioning Sensor) and Advanced Omron Health Management Software)for nearly $30 more, thinking the price would indicate quality. It did not!! This wrist cuff doesn't work any better than the cheapest ones. I knew it would not be as accurate as an upper arm cuff, ... Read More
