Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Surprisingly good
Its not what u have to expect after years of batman, superman, justice league. But if u can get past that fact then its surprisingly good.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great adaptation, could be longer
Justice League - The New Frontier is an adaptation of the award-winning comic series by Darwyn Cooke. It retells the origin of the Justice League against the backdrop of the 1950s cold war and McCarthyism. A new generation of heroes must come together to defeat an approaching alien threat known as 'The Centre'.

This is a very good entry in DC's new Original Animated Movies series. Like any adaptation some scenes have been trimmed and others tweaked to streamline the narrative, but the ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Bold new style!
This was really entertaining story and I love every bit of it. Iy was made in a completely new style from the Justice league unlimited style which was a nice change of pace. The voice actors were really good and I liked the early 1940s-1950s era look of things. Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Justice League-No New Frontier here.
If you are a fan of any of the overall superbly done "animated" series of the DC universe; Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, as well as the Batman and Superman animated series, you may be very disappointed in this fare...which is a sub standard adaptation.

As a previous reviewer P. Soliman so aptly put it, this should have been titled; "The New Green Lantern & The Flash movie" NOT "Justice League"
I would go even further and suggest that the overall story and concepts are ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - good but nothing new
first off i really liked this movie, it is a really solid telling of the justice league begining. however, if you are familiar with the justice league, have seen justice league the animated show, or are an avid comic book fan, chances are you're familiar with the characters and the stories. it's inspirational towards the end with some good leadership speeches, but again, been there. i'd say it's very much worth watching but i wouldn't buy it.
