The end of the tube connects to one of the foam rockets (4 are includeded in the kit). There is a small plastic stand that you can put together to use as a launch base. Simple to set up, safe enough to use indoors with supervision and works best in rooms with high ceilings, loads of fun outdoors. Everyone had to try it, even grandparents, but the younger ones will use it over and over with the challenge of making it go higher or hit a target. All you do is put a "rocket" (made of very light foam) on the "launching pad" and then STOMP on the foot pad. The foot pad is soft and the force of your foot pushes a blast of air that travels through the launching tube and propels the rocket wayyyy up into the sky!
