- Fantastic product, but handle wth careThis is absolutely the best tenderizer I've run across - so much so that I bought another one for my mom.
Quality is top-notch and functionality is great - it'll make economy cuts of meat super-tender, and marinated meats seem more totally infused. But be careful, although protected with a guard, every single one of those 48 blades is VERY sharp. Beside taking care during use/cleaning, be sure to store it away from curious, young kids.
