I gave this book to my daughter whose two-year-old just started preschool, and she tells me it has helped so much with his adjustment. The refrain has become a kind of "mantra" of reassurance for him--not unlike carrying around a security blanket. This book is simple, yet it gets the point across very well...when Mom is gone, she still loves her little one all day long. My 2 1/2 year old granddaughter loves it and it has helped her with separation issues. A must have for all mothers that want to reassure their young ones!!!
