- Excellent machineI was very impressed with the job that the Hoover machine did. I've cleaned carpet with larger, commercial machines in the past. This carpet cleaner holds it's own and gets the dirt out.

- overpricedThis is a good product but it is no better that the "ultra" detergent that came with my hoover vaacum. Save a few dollars and buy the "ultra" carpet cleaner.
