My daughter, a health enthusiast, turned me on to this stuff. It tastes good, and I actually look forward to the little ritual of tearing open the package each morning, and perhaps helping the creaky old bod out just a bit. The only minor complaint would be that a few of the packets so far have had air pockets instead of a full measure of product. Since it ain't exactly cheap, perhaps their quality control could be a stepped uup a tad.

With all the press on Omega-3's lately. Its hard not to take notice and start considering if you are getting enough in your diet. This is an easy way to do it as it can be mixed with different foods and is a relatively small but effective dose. My reason for not giving it 5 stars is the taste while tolerable isn't the greatest and I probably feel that if you can find a pill form of omega 3 that provides the same amount of the fatty acids I'd prefer to take that. I wish all vitamins were like this. I totally prefer these little packets over taking pills. Convenient, portable, great flavor. If I forget to take it at home, no problem - I've got some in my bag.
